第一部分 写作15%

在刚发下试题还不能做题时，先快速看下作文要求 ，了解作文主题是什么，然后在心里先组织作文编写结构，可以大致想下分为几段，每段主要写些什么。写作时，尽量发散思维，把内容扩展开来写。

平常注意积累作文高频连接词，多看些作文模板，写作时保持内心平静，把自己所记的所有有用连接词往里套，尽量多记连词，介词，俗语等等

第二部分 听力35%

简短对话听写：

首先，提前浏览每题，大致了解每题的主要内容，把关键字标出来，然后，扫一下每个选项，若是有时间、日期等要用笔画出，同时，把和问题有关的内容注一下。听的时候着重听标出的内容

长对话听写：

在未来得及看题的情况下边听录音，边看选择项，边适当地做些记号。抓住短文中的人名地名或数字，细节要注意。听仔细问题问的是什么，尤其是有些题要注意是true还是not true
